Privacy Policy

This page describes what information Nexus False Ceiling collects through this website, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it. It is written for homeowners and business owners using the site — not as legal boilerplate.

What we collect

The only place we collect personal information on this site is the contact form on the contact page. When you submit the form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address (only if you choose to share it)
• The service you're interested in (if you selected one)
• The area or locality of your project
• The property type and approximate area in square feet
• The message you write to us

We do not run cookies or trackers that collect personal data across visits. We do not ask for, store, or process anything beyond the form fields above.

How we use it

Enquiry data is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and schedule the free site visit you asked for. Typically a specialist will call or WhatsApp you on the number you provided within one working day.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Nexus False Ceiling. Material partners (Saint-Gobain, Armstrong, USG Boral) do not receive any of your contact information.

Form delivery — Web3Forms

The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-handling service. When you submit the form, your data is sent to Web3Forms' servers, which then forward it to our Gmail inbox at nexusfalseceiling@gmail.com. Web3Forms acts purely as a delivery pipe — they do not retain the contents beyond what their service requires to send the message.

Once delivered to our Gmail, your enquiry is retained according to Google's standard Gmail retention terms.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site (which pages are read, how long visitors stay, which links they click). GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. It does not identify individual visitors to us, and the data is used in aggregate for site improvement only.

If GA4 isn't yet active when you visit, that's because we're still in setup — a single GA4 measurement ID will be added in the final pre-launch step.

Google Maps embed

Our contact page includes a click-to-load Google Maps embed showing the partner showroom location. The map iframe — and any Google cookies that come with it — load only after you explicitly click the "Load interactive map" button. If you never click, no Google Maps data is loaded.

Phone and WhatsApp

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp, the call or chat record sits with your phone carrier and with WhatsApp respectively, subject to their own terms. We do not record or store call audio. WhatsApp messages remain in the chat thread on both sides.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccuracy in that information
• Delete the information from our inbox

Send the request to nexusfalseceiling@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We aim to respond within seven working days.

Children's data

This site is intended for adults arranging false ceiling and partition work for their homes or businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please write to us and we will delete it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules, together with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page for one month after the change.
