How long does false ceiling installation take?
Most 2BHK and 3BHK apartments take 5–7 working days from start to handover. Larger villas or complex multi-level designs can take 10–14 days. We include a specific timeline in every quote.
What is your warranty?
We offer up to 15 years warranty depending on the material chosen. Gypsum installations with Saint-Gobain Gyproc boards carry the longest warranty. If anything warps, cracks, or fails under normal conditions within the warranty period, we repair it at no cost. Warranty terms are included in your written quote.
How does the payment work?
We follow a transparent 4-stage milestone payment: 10% at booking confirmation, 50% on material delivery to site, 30% after channel and framing installation, and 10% at handover — only after your inspection and approval. You are never asked to pay a large lump sum. The final 10% is paid only when you're fully satisfied with the work.
What materials do you use?
We use Saint-Gobain Gyproc gypsum boards and certified galvanised steel framing exclusively. For PVC ceilings we use ISI-marked panels. We do not substitute materials without your knowledge. You can ask to see the material invoices — we have nothing to hide.
